Elastic cords:

16 or 24-strand cover is made from 100% high tenacity polyester, nylon or polypropylene multifilament yarns and parallel rubber core inside. Elastic cord is a highly flexible rubber cord, which has a number of boat applications. The cover has excellent abrasion and UV resistance.This combination makes the cord compact, stable and durable. Elastic cords are used for trailers, for tents, for billboards and outdoor signs statement, in water sport and as auxiliary cord for hobbies. Every yachtmen will appreciate the wide colour range. This cords can be made with 50%, 100% or 150% of elongation.

Electric fences:

The fence is made from 100% twisted polyethylene monofilament or polypropylene multifilament with the wire conductive galvanized steel or copper inside. An electric fence is a barrier that uses electric shocks to deter the animals. The electric fencing is used today for agricultural fencing and other forms of domestic animalscontrol purposes. It is also used as protection against wild animals. The fence has a good resistance to climate changes and resistance to abrasion. We offer a wide range of colors, including a combination of colors according to customer requirements. High strength reduces the breaking of the fence.

The woven webbing is made from 100% polyethylene monofilament. Webbing has a good resistance to climate changes and resistance to abrasion.Where is the wire conductive galvanized steel inside the webbing. This construction provides ideal conductivity. Knitted cord is made from 100% high tenacity polypropylene multifilament, polyester, polyamide. It is also can be made from natural fibers as cotton or linen. Smooth and soft knitted cord has good UV-resistance. Due to the wide range of colors, easy handling and durability the knitted cord is used in the manufacture of paper, plastic bags and gift packages. It is also ideal for making ties for archival boxes and folders and can be used as an auxiliary cord for decoration. We produce all types of high quality safety nets, cargo nets, fishing nets, container nets, agricultural nets, nets for sports and pleasure made from high tenacity polyamide, polyester or polypropylene multifilament. The mesh size can be from18mm till 100mm. All nets can be produced from 0,5mm till 2,5mm twine. Color and packing are available on customer’s request.

Webbings:

Webbing is a strong fabric woven flat strip of varying width and fibers often used in place of rope. Originally made of cotton or flax, most modern webbing is made from synthetic fibers such as nylon, polypropylene multifilament or polyester. Webbing is both light and strong, with high breaking strengths, good UV and abrasion resistance. Webbing is used in soft furniture production for the seating areas that is both strong and flexible. Also is used to make a military belts, packs and pouches. Tie straps, cargo straps, cargo hoist straps, tow ropes, winch straps, cargo nets are used by shipping and trucking companies every day. Our production includes both elastic and non-elastic constructions.

Blind Cords: 12 or 16-braided cord with core is made from polyester multifilament with tight pitch to obtain a semi-rigid stable shape and round form. The use of special twist and its elaborate plaited construction assure exceptional resistance to abrasion. These cords specially produced for blinds. We produce the following diameters: from 1,3mm to 3,5mm.

Ski-Lift Cords: 24-braided cord with core is made from polyester or polyamide high tenacity yarn with tight pitch to obtain a semi-rigid line which stays always “round“. The use of special twist and its elaborate plaited construction assure exceptional resistance to abrasion. These cords are used for ski lifts at snow parks and in mountains. Our company has several years of successful cooperation with many well-known skiing tracks in Latvia, Austria and Slovakia.The cord is very durable with good UV-resistance. Elongation at breaking load for polyester is approx 20%, for polyamide approx 40%.
