The SBA company Šatrija is part of Utenos trikotažas group of companies. Šatrija manufactures clothing for firefighters and soldiers, as well as „survival suits“ for sailors, fishermen and oil rig workers. The team of the company does responsible work in producing life-saving products.
Šatrija is the only company in Lithuania that has a golden GORE-TEX licence. In 2007, the company was awarded the GORE-TEX certificate, which allows the production of products with the protection of viruses and bacteria according to CROSSTECH laminate technology. More than half of the company’s production is made using glued seam technology. At least ten times per year, quality experts come to audit the quality of Šatrija’s products. The production is exported to Great Britain, Germany and Scandinavian countries.
