AZ-Pack, UAB is a packaging manufacturing company operating since 2009. The main activity of the company is the production of flexible packages from polymer films. The main products produced by the company are vacuum bags, Bag in Box bags and Stand up Pouch packaging. AZ-Pack, UAB is probably the only company in the Baltic States that produces Stand-up-Pouch packaging.

The main markets where the company operates are the food and beverage industry. The main customers are producers of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, juice presses, meat and fish processing companies, food product manufacturing companies and retail chains.

About 84% of all sales are exports. Production is exported to more than 33 countries in 5 regions of the world: Baltic, Western and Central Europe, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe and Asia. Every year, the company successfully expands the geography of export sales, integrates into new foreign markets and grows the number of new customers. During 2021 AZ-Pack's the growth was about 25%.

The company focuses on increasing production volumes, implementing new technologies and automating processes. An average of 2 production lines are updated per year. The quality of production is confirmed by certificates issued by international associations, which ensure that the packaging meets all the highest European requirements for materials used in contact with food. The company operates according to ISO 9001; ISO 14001 quality and environmental standards, cooperates with international associations and research laboratories.

PRODUCT RANGE

Bag-in-Box

We know the Bag-in-Box packaging technology very well, so according to your needs, we can offer bags of various capacities and structures for both hot and cold bottling of liquid products - transparent, metallized, medium or high barrier. We have a wide selection of stoppers and spigots for different products. Available packaging capacity: 3; 5; 10; 20 and 220 liters.

Stand-up-Pouch

We are probably the only manufacturer in the Baltic countries. Stand up Pouch packaging is used for various liquids such as juice or wine. We can offer Stand up Pouch packaging with universal or individual design. We produce 1.5L, 3L and 5L capacities.

Vacuum bags

We produce vacuum bags for industrial, chamber packing from 40 mk to 140 mk thick. Bags can be simple - medium barrier or high barrier, for boiling, for freezing etc. We can produce bags from 80 mm wide to 1200 mm long. The bags we produce are distinguished by their strong structure, which is made of 9-layer PA/PE film. We produce transparent bags, with flexographic or surface printing, with a ZIP fastener, with a notch for easy opening, with rounded corners.

Corrugated bags

Corrugated bags for chamberless, household vacuuming. One side of the bags is smooth, the other is ribbed. This type of bag is mostly used in households or in the Horeca sector.

Doy-Pack / Stand-up pouches
We produce various types of stand-up bags - transparent, with flexographic or surface printing, with a ZIP fastener, with a notch for easy opening, with rounded corners. We can offer different package structures with medium or high barrier.

Grill bags

Stand-up bags with a handle are used in hot bakery display cases of retail chains. The bag is made of a barrier film that helps keep food warm and is water and grease resistant. The bags are perfect for various meat, fish or other baked goods.

Vacuum bags or Stand up Pouch with print

We produce packages with print. We can produce simple vacuum bags or doy-pack bags with flexographic, digital or surface printing. Various structure options are available in PET/PE; PET/PE EVOH PE; OPA/PE; PET/PETMETAL/PE and others depending on the product and customer needs. The bag can be glossy or covered with matte varnish.

PP containers are used for various products, salads, pickled products, milk, meat, fish products, berries and mushrooms.
