Description
We sell various types of industrial pallets: EPAL pallets (1200x800x145 mm), non-standard pallets, disposable pallets and pallet collars pivot (600x800, 1000X1200, 1200x800).
We sell pallet blanks, timber and boards
Sell it to produce biofuels and the right products: wood chips, sawdust, bark.
PALLETS:
Epal Pallets
Epal pallets are manufactured under the strict requirements of EPAL. Therefore, this pad is guaranteed the best quality of product transportation. All epal pallets meet ISPM15 standard.
UIC EUR Pallets
Euro pallets are manufactured under the strict requirements of UIC. Therefore, this pad is guaranteed the best quality of product transportation. All euro pallets meet ISPM15 standard.
Industrial pallets
Industrial pallets made from the first or second kind of wood, pallets can be grease from ISPM15 with standard or dried.
Non-standard pallets
We manufacture custom pallets according to specific customer needs and requirements.
One-way pallets
Our company produces various sizes of disposable pallets according to client's request: the pallet measurements and the expected load.
Disposable pallets according to customer's preferences and needs can be heated, dried to 18-22 per cent. and processed according to the requirements of the IPPC.
Pallets tray
We produce the trays according to customer's wishes.
Used pallets
Woden box
We produce the boxes according to customer's wishes.
Pallet collar
Hinged collars used in the manufacture of 18-20% moisture content in wood and galvanized hinges. Hinge thickness: 1.25 mm, 1.50 mm, 1.70 mm. Upon request, can be used in thick veil.
BIOMASS
Sawdust:
Sawdust per month can produce over 2500 cu. years. It comes sawmill wood processing. 82 percent. Our filings are made - from hardwood.
A clean, natural moisture, without additional impurities sawdust, suitable for the production of biofuels.
Sliver:
We can offer high-quality biofuels - chip, which in the months to produce over 4000 cu. years.
Sliver clean, natural moisture content, bark and no additional impurities. It comes sawmill wood processing. 80 percent. chips made from hardwood.
Bark:
In the months to produce over 1000 cu. of shredded bark.
PALLET BLANKS
VIGIDAS PACK owned sawmills cut various sizes of single and double cutting boards. According to customer needs, and can be cut to custom sizes of boards. All wood products can be dried and treated in accordance IPPC/ISMP15 standard.
