An innovative solution built with design in mind

Modern buildings require advanced, high quality air supply and extraction. But all too often, this comes at an architectural or design cost. Most standard diffusers require designs to be amended so they are hidden, or have a negative impact on the aesthetic because they don't seamlessly integrate with the other elements of the room. Building on over 14 years of HVAC experience, Ventmann was designed to solve this problem, providing architects and designers with diffusers that complement, rather than compromise, their aesthetic vision. How does Ventmann achieve this? Firstly, it boasts a frameless design, with industrial strength magnetic mounting leaving no frame visible. Secondly, because it is made from gypsum, it can be plastered over and painted with exactly the same paint used for the rest of the surfaces. And thirdly, it features much smaller mounting boxes than other diffusers (with heights as small as 10cm depending on the piping, compared to 25-30cm for standard units). This facilitates higher ceilings and more space.

4 customisable product lines, a universe of creative potential

Ventmann diffusers are available in four different product lines - circle, line, side and square.
The most versatile and popular unit, the Circle model, is a frameless diffuser suitable for virtually any room or interior design style. Line model has huge creative potential. It can be used to create strikingly unique interior elements, or can be rendered virtually invisible. Side model has a unique design that allows air to disperse evenly, and comes with a choice of square and circular caps. And Square model offers the opportunity for bold and striking features, with its precise lines and rigid angles.
Each model comes with a range of options to meet the installation and performance needs, and can be customized in a wide range of ways.

Ticking all the performance and installation boxes

Ventmann diffusers offer extremely high performance parameters in air supply and air extraction. Furthermore, the unique patented design brings a number of practical advantages in terms of procurement and installation, all of which can accelerate the project timeline.
Firstly, all of the LINE series production is modular (please note that the other product lines are not modular). It is possible to combine a small number of components in multiple ways to create a bespoke solution to meet the needs of the project. In total, we only have 18 discrete SKUs in our output, unlike other solutions which typically have more than 100 SKUs. The advantage here is that we are able to keep all 15 SKUs in stock at any one time, which significantly reduces lead time. So, instead of a 6-8 week wait for your components, with Ventmann you are looking at 1 or 2 weeks at max.
Secondly, installation of the diffusers can be done in one session, together with the ceiling or walls. We estimate that installation is 40% faster than standard slot diffusers in the market, providing you with a direct cost saving when installing HVAC systems. What's more, all the diffusers are designed so there is no need to change the ceiling height.

Produced from natural, sustainable gypsum

Ventmann uses very own gypsum composite to create every Ventmann diffuser. Not only does gypsum bring aesthetic benefits, it is also a choice that is better for the environment.
Gypsum is a completely natural material that is non-toxic and does not contain any hazardous chemicals. What's more, the carbon footprint for producing gypsum is lower than other materials (like aluminum, metal, plastic) typically used to produce diffuser units.

Ventmann was established 5 years ago when founder Marius Liegus, an HVAC industry expert with over 14 years' experience, decided he had had enough of working with air diffusers that were outdated in terms of performance, installation and aesthetics.
His solution was to patent a unique new design for gypsum air diffusers that are as elegant as they are efficient. Ventmann continues to grow and develop in its mission to create truly innovative and modern diffusers that meet the highest aesthetic requirements for architects and designers.
