UAB "HTCC"

„House Tech Construction Company“ (HTCC) is a manufacturer of panel structures. The largest part of its production consists of private house manufacturing and installation. The company also produces panel structures for apartment buildings, sound blocking fences and community buildings, such as schools and museums.

CONSTRUCTION

• The main activities of HTCC include the construction of modular housing. The company also builds private homes of solid and mixed wood (modular with solid wood). Some of the constructions are public buildings.

MANUFACTURE OF PREFABRICATED WOODEN ELEMENTS

• Components made in Mickai, Klaipėda municipality, at the HTCC-owned factory, are used to build prefabricated houses. The factory produces all elements necessary for the prefabricated house design including ceilings, walls, floors and roofs.

CONSULTING

• HTCC team advises clients on all construction-related issues. Company's experts provide advice on the layout of the buildings on the available site, house design, façade design, interior decoration and many others.

ABOUT US

• The company owns a 5000 square meter panel factory, which is located near the Lithuanian “gate to the sea” in Mickai, Klaipeda district. All of the factory’s production gets exported to Sweden and Norway.
• An influential Swedish architecture magazine „Arkitektur“ selected a house that HTCC built in the outskirts of Stockholm with a concept of a healthier microclimate in mind as one of the most interesting and innovative projects of 2012.
• Ever since 2012, HTCC has been annually receiving a certificate “Stipriausi Lietuvoje” (“Strongest in Lithuania”). This certificate is an attestation to the company’s reliability and ability to handle financial commitments on time.
• Another sign of innovation is that since 2013 several years in a row the company has been nominated for an award “Gazelė”.
