According to technical drawings we mill wood, plastic and soft metals using CNC machines.
We bend metal products.

We design, manufacture and install electrical installation, lighting, 12V, 230V, USB sockets, converters 12V / 230V, LED lighting, beacons, loud speakers, autonomous heaters, air conditioners, electric passenger doors.

We produce and program the control of the equipment using tablet / iPad, touch screens, programmable content sensors, climate system control.

Veneer (plywood installation on floor and / or walls) commercial vans. We manufacture and assemble parts according to the internal body lines to maximize the protection of the car body against extraneous factors.

We install cargo securing hooks and fastening systems.

We design and produce:
• fastenings made of metal, stainless steel, plastic, wood / plywood.
• Mobile easy-to-install / dismantle shelves, racks, storage boxes.

We scan, using 3D scanner, client's equipment, tools and design how to fit and safely secure inside the vehicle.

Car design, film wrapping or color change using film.

Film tinting of the glasses, UV protection, protective armor with Class A1 or darkened film.

We produce molds and products from fiber glass or ABS plastic using vacuum.

For example: interior van walls, glove boxes, roof extensions, translucent plastics.

Galvanizing and powder coating of metal products, constructions.

We perform tests and certify new commercial vehicles.

For example: a minibus certification after additional seats installation.

Depending on the deadline, we can equip 1 to 100 repetitive cars by optimizing production / installation costs.

We have a national (Republic of Lithuania) certificate:
• For N1-BBA * Peugeot Boxer, Fiat Ducato, Citroen Jumper.
• For M1 **, Peugeot Boxer, Fiat Ducato, Citroen Jumper.
We are planning a national (Republic of Lithuania) certificate:
• Volkswagen T6, Volkswagen Crafter and MAN TGE for M1 ** cars.

* N1-BBA - N1 stands for cargo, BBA stands for front driver seat and two extra seats, second row for up to four seats, rear part for cargo compartment.
** M1 means passenger vehicle.
