METAL SHEET CUTTING SOLID STATE LASER
The TruLaser 5040 fiber cuts not only stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum but also processes very reflective non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass and titanium.
Workable sheet size:
- Laser cutting 2000mm x 4000mm.
Maximum thickness:
- Maximum steel cutting thickness 25mm.
- Maximum stainless steel cutting thickness 25mm.
- Maximum aluminum cutting thickness 25mm.
- Maximum copper cutting thickness 10mm.
- Maximum brass cutting thickness 10mm.

LASER AND PUNCHING SERVICES
With robust universal machine TRUMPF TruMatic 6000L, we can offer you a wide range of services. From sheet metal punching, laser cutting, combined treatment, to various elements – forming, embossing, marking or other elements.
Workable sheet size:
- Laser cutting 2500mm x 1250mm.
- Laser cutting/punching 3000mm x 1250mm.
Maximum thickness:
- Maximum steel cutting thickness 8mm.
- Maximum aluminum cutting thickness 4mm.

METAL SHEET BENDING
We provide metal sheet bending services. All the bendings are made using advanced bending machine and professional design – sheet metal parts are always especially accurate.
Folding works are performed by TRUMPF TruBend 3120 and TruBend 5085.
Thickness of steel sheet: max 8mm.
Bending length: 3110mm (depends on thickness of sheet and material).
POWDER COATING
Powder coatings are intended for long-term and reliable protection and decoration of the surface. The colours and the shades are chosen according to the RAL colour chart. The structure of the coating can vary from absolutely smooth to very rough, the polish can vary from absolutely matted to especially glossy.
METAL SHEETS AND FRAME STRUCTURES WELDING
Mig/Mag, Tig and spot welding.
METAL WORKING
Manufacture of frame structures (racks, tables, gates and other metal products).
Perforation of a picture, ornament, or inscription.
3D MODELLING, PRODUCTION DRAWINGS
The company has a great experience in designing, so we perform the design of mechanical equipment, 3D modelling, calculations, prepare production drawings. We use advanced 3D modelling systems.
