UAB “Made8” is a reliable metal machining and custom technological equipment manufacturer. We work strictly according to customer drawings and 3D models, and more than half of our production is exported, so we meet demanding international quality and delivery requirements every day.

What we do:

Metal machining. CNC milling and turning, welding (MIG/MAG/TIG), stainless steel surface finishing (glass bead blasting), fitting work and assembly. We handle both single parts and serial production.

Technological equipment manufacturing. We produce non-standard equipment for intralogistics, mechatronics, robotics and other industrial sectors, based on the customer’s engineering documentation – from individual parts to fully assembled and tested units.

Welding. Welding of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Our welders are certified according to EN ISO 9606, ensuring durable and reliable weld quality.

Subcontracting – everything from one source. Through a trusted partner network we organise laser and gas cutting, bending, painting and other surface treatments, so the customer receives a ready-to-use product from a single supplier.

Technical capabilities and quality

High-precision CNC milling (up to 6000mm x 600mm, accuracy 0.005 mm) and turning (up to D750mm x 2000mm length, accuracy up to 0.01 mm).

Production planning and optimisation using professional CAM software “Mastercam”.
