ROBOTISATION PRODUCTS

Furniture packages palletising

• The automated palletising of packages, which sizes vary from 300x600x30 mm to 800x1800x50 mm, was implemented in the project. The weight of packages: from 5 to 40 kg.

Assembly of the products

• Production of electronic modules. A fully automated assembly line for electronic products has been designed and manufactured.

Ice cream packaging and palletising

• A fully automatic robotic box loading line was designed and manufactured.

Packages palletising

• Bulk products are packed in polyethylene bags, then grouped by 10 pieces and loaded on a pallet.100 packages (1000 kg) are loaded on a pallet.

Large packages palletising

• The automated palletising of packages was implemented in the project. Various packages are palletised.
