Ašis, JSC, has developed and manages the CORE business center - an empowering business environment in central Vilnius.
CORE is a modern business center on Ukmergės st 126 with an area of 35,000 sqm, consisting of two buildings. It was fully completed in 2022.
CORE aims to become one of the first business centers in the Baltics certified under Fitwel standards that recognize employee well-being.
Tenants of the CORE business center have access to a free gym and conference space. For the convenience of employees and guests, there is also a kindergarten, a variety of cafes and snack bars, a space for bicycles and electric cars, as well as terraces in the inner courtyard for either work or relaxation.
