Description
UAB Elastomer.EU (Ltd.) produces various parts from hot-cast polyurethane. The company has long experience in covering rollers with polyurethane and the production of metal-polyurethane parts.
We also coat long-lasting non-stick fluoropolymer on aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, and other metals. We use fluoropolymers like FEP, PFA, PTFE (also known as Teflon). The maximum continuous working temperature of our non-stick coating is 230°C, intermittent 260°C. All our coatings are food grade. Total 2-coat fluoropolymer thickness is 40-75 microns.
