An Assessment Based on Facts

Today, business reputation is shaped not only by what a company communicates about itself, but also by its performance data – financial results, employee dynamics, tax discipline, business continuity, legal standing, and other indicators important for reliability.

That is why the basis of the "TOP COMPANY" assessment is a comprehensive set of objective business data and established selection criteria.

In 2026, only about 6% of Lithuanian companies make it onto the "TOP COMPANIES" list – roughly 6 companies out of 100.

Reputation now has a number. And the facts behind it.

Ten years of reliability based on performance

"TOP COMPANY" was launched a decade ago to give a company's reliability a clear, fact-based foundation. Every year, based on Rekvizitai.lt business portal data and established selection criteria, Lithuanian companies whose financial stability, business continuity, and responsible business practices place them among the country's reliable and competitive companies are recognized.

"TOP COMPANY 2026" is a significant recognition, as only 6 percent of Lithuanian companies make this list. Such recognition also obliges us to maintain higher business standards, and to work well and honestly," says A. Avulis.

Ten years ago we started with the question of which companies could be trusted. Today we are raising another – how businesses can not only showcase their well-earned reputation, but also continually understand, strengthen, and use it for growth. This is a natural next stage in the "TOP COMPANY" decade.
